Sedgewick Ave is dedicated to fostering creativity and empowerment through music. Their programs include lyric writing, podcasting, and DJ workshops, offering participants opportunities to explore their creativity, develop new skill and connect and engage people of all ages.
Beyond workshops, Sedgewick Ave plans to activate the connected Aviary venue with seasonal events such as live music nights, and artist showcases to bring vibrancy to the area, and provide a platform for local talent and fostering community potential and spirit.
Recently, they delivered three highly successful workshops—lyric writing, DJing, and podcasting—as part of the Youth Skills Program for Hillshire Council and they are scheduled to deliver a series of workshops for Camden Council in April 2025.
