The Arts Law Centre of NSW in association with Arts NSW and Renew Newcastle has produced these documents and agreements to assist community groups who wish to activivate empty spaces. Some of these documents are based on the agreements originally developed by Renew Newcastle.

This information sheet lists and explains the contractual documents necessary to formalise the relationship between promoters of creative enterprise hubs and property owners or participants in the Hub.
This agreement governs the relationship between the people or organisation setting up the creative enterprise hub and a participant in the hub. It comprises a Participation Letter, Participation Agreement and Schedule.
